Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Tilly Lane Boutique ships orders to locations within the Continental United States for a flat rate per order of $6.95.  All orders over $50 ship free (US Only). Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase via USPS. 

Once we deliver your package to USPS, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered,  we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise if it is lost or stolen. 

RETURNS:

Return items MUST be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. No refunds will be issued, only store credit that will be issued after receiving your return. Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. Please include your invoice with the items being returned. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.  If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 5 days of receiving return, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.
